By putting together all of your research so far on: 1) the UN body/agency, 2) your Member State, and 3) the Committee Topics, you should be able to move to the last stage, which is to make policy proposals. Hopefully you can bring in ideas to the conference which your Member State believes will be successful in solving the global issue being discussed.
