Access

Kobe City University of Foreign Studies is located in the western suburbs of Kobe City, a 2-minute walk from Gakuentoshi (学園都市) station on the Seishin-Yamate Subway line (西神山手線), which is a 27-minute ride from Shin-Kobe (新神戸) for bullet train access. Kobe is also easily accessible from Osaka International Airport (Itami) and Kansai International Airport.

Cost

Conference Fees for Delegates and Faculty Advisors are set to 7500 yen per person. For delegations who have confirmed their participation, the conference organizers will send payment information. Conference Fees include:

  • Lunches for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Conference Dinner on Friday evening
  • Participation Certificate for Delegates
  • Conference Materials

Transportation, accommodation, and other associated costs are not covered by the conference fees and will be the responsibility of other delegations and delegates.
